You pay one payment of $199.97 per 24 months  (includes live training, video training, and reasonable ticket support). 

The Service is billed in advance for 24 months of use, and it is NONREFUNDABLE. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account.
