If you’re not happy, then neither are we.  You can request a refund for any reason or no reason during the first 30 days of this agreement, and you can cancel at any time after that to avoid future charges. We’ll make sure you’re not billed again. If you have already been billed, your cancellation request will not take effect until the next billing cycle. Unfortunately, we do not offer prorated refunds or cancellations for unused time.
