The Service is billed monthly in advance and is non-refundable unless canceled within the first 30 days. We will not issue refunds or credits for partial months of service or for upgrade/downgrade refunds on unused months for an open account.
Cancellation and Termination
You are solely responsible for canceling your account properly. An email or phone request to cancel your account is NOT CONSIDERED CANCELLATION. I certify, under penalty of perjury, that I will not initiate a chargeback on any payments made under this contract. 30-day Money Back Guarantee: Yes! If you’re not happy, then neither are we. You can request a refund for any reason during the first 30 days of this agreement, and you can cancel at any time after that to avoid future charges. We’ll make sure you’re not billed again. If you have already been billed, your cancellation request will not take effect until the next billing cycle. Unfortunately, we do not offer prorated refunds or cancellations for unused time.
